Technical Advisory Committee (TAC)

Members include Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), Genesee County Road Commission (GCRC), the cities, villages and townships, Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Mass Transportation Authority (MTA), and Genesee County Metropolitan Planning Commission (GCMPC). The committee assists in the development and execution of the various study phases, assists in the review of the findings of the (GCMPC) staff and assists the GCMPC staff in the development of reports, programs, plans and manuals; analyzes the reports, programs, plans and manuals of the GCMPC staff and makes recommendations to the Metropolitan Alliance regarding various phases of the study. TAC meets the first Thursday of the month at 1:30 p.m. in the Genesee County Administration Building located at 324 S. Saginaw St, Flint, MI, 48502.
