Solid Waste Management Planning Committee

The Solid Waste Management Planning Committee was a 14-member state-mandated committee that was formed when a County performed an amendment or update to the County Solid Waste Management Plan. However, due to legislative changes to Part 115 of of PA 451 of 1994, the SWMPC has been replaced with the Materials Management Planning Committee to develop and implement newly required Materials Management Plans.
