The 2021 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER), which provides details of expenditures for projects funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), has been completed and is available for review and public comment.

The CAPER will be available for public comment from July 11, 2022 through July 27, 2022 on the GCMPC website at http://gcmpc.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/2021-CAPER-for-Public-Comment.pdf, or at the GCMPC office Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. The CAPER may also be reviewed at any of the Genesee County local units of government offices during their business hours. A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in Room 222, Genesee County Administration Building.

Note: Corrections were made to the CAPER document following the start of the public comment period. These changes included updates to the number of Home Improvement Program households served, minor text corrections and removing of duplicate paragraphs.
