This public meeting is an opportunity for you to review and comment on the following items: a proposed amendment to the FY 2020-2023 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The TIP lists federally funded transportation projects eligible for funding under Title 23 as amended, or Federal Transit Act funds. These projects will be reviewed for Air Quality Conformity and Environmental Justice requirements. This opportunity for the public to review and comment on the amendment complies with the intent of the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation (FAST) Act. This public notice of public involvement activities and time established for public review and comment on the TIP is being used to satisfy the public input requirements of the Section 5307 transit Program of Projects. The Genesee County Metropolitan Planning Commission will furnish reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities upon request.
