Long Range Transportation Plan Steering Committee (LRTPSC)

The Long Range Transportation Plan Steering Committee (LRTPSC) is a sub-committee of the Genesee County Metropolitan Alliance (GCMA) for the development of the Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP). The sub-committee provides guidence to the Genesee County Metropolitan Planning Commission (GCMPC) staff on the development of the LRTP.

Members of the LRTPSC include representatives from MDOT, Flint-MTA, Bishop International Airport, and various municipalities. The LRTPSC ultimately provides  recommendations to the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) and the GCMA for the approval of the individual technical reports and LRTP as a whole.

LRTPSC meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 1:30 p.m. in the GCMPC Conference Room.The meetings will be held at 1:30 p.m. in the planning commission conference room of the:
