The Genesee County Home Improvement Program (HIP) staff invites you to join us for a Contractor Open House

Who:        Any licensed and insured contractor interested in providing housing rehabilitation services

                 for Genesee County homeowners.  General Contractors, Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC,

                 Well Drillers, Septic Installers, ANY TRADE!

Where:    Mt. Morris Library – 685 Van Buren Ave, Mt. Morris, MI 48458 (parking lot entrance)

When:      November 8, 2023 between the hours of 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM

                 Open house type setting – come any time to get information.

Why:      Learn about our contractor and bid opportunities for the Genesee County Home Improvement Program, Urgent Repair Program, and vacant housing rehab programs in Genesee County

Stop by between 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM to get a light refreshment and your questions answered.
