Attention! Genesee County will receive proposals from organizations that are interested in participating in the HOME Program. HOME Program funding is received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the purpose of improving, preserving, and expanding the affordable housing stock within Genesee County, outside the City of Flint.
