PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD & PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE DRAFT 2026-2029 TIP & AIR QUALITY FINDINGS

The Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is a fiscally constrained financial plan of transportation projects approved to receive federal funding over the next four-years. Below is information regarding the draft FY 2026-2029 TIP Document and Air Quality Conformity Analysis Findings for the Flint Limited Orphan Maintenance Area (Genesee and Lapeer Counties) that are out to receive public comment.

A Public Hearing will be held on May 21, 2025, at 6:00 p.m at the Genesee County Administration Building, HR Training Rm (Rm # G51), Ground Floor. 1101 Beach st., Flint MI 48502
