Recycle Day

We want to apologize for the inconvenience many residents experienced yesterday at Recycle Day. We had to close the event early due to extreme temperatures, worker heat exhaustion, and traffic volumes that made it difficult for emergency vehicles and residents to get through. We are reviewing our processes to make improvements for future events. If you would like to be contacted regarding potential changes to our events, please provide your email to

If you would are interested in finding alternative location to safely recycle your items, please use this resource from our website

Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
